Today we celebrated the 4th of July. Parker Anne and Julie joined me at work for hot dogs and hamburgers and of course some mint chip ice cream. The girls' favorite! After work we went to Jose and Crystal's place for swimming and yes, more hot dogs and hamburgers. Watching my caloric intact, I did not eat any hot dog buns.
